Lavender Rooms infrared Sauna comes complete with colour therapy and relaxing music There are many benefits of using this relaxing and enjoyable therapy but sufferers of the following will find it especially beneficial: Compared to a session in a traditional sauna, you can perspire up to three times more, resulting in these fragmented impurities being safely eliminated by the body through perspiration. An excellent way to detox the full body, an added health benefit of using an infrared sauna is weight loss. Your body will use up to 1000 calories in just 45 comfortable minutes.

Cancellation Policy

There are times when a waiting list is in place, and missed appointments prevent me from being able to offer time to others. I do understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided. Booking Fee A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required when booking an appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival at the clinic, please note payments at my clinic are by cash only. Please ensure you have read the medical contraindications for Colonic Hydrotherapy and these do not apply to you before paying your booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to discuss this with me before you pay your booking fee. Please note payment is required immediately on booking the appointment slot. Any appointments that are failed to attend, cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice the booking fee is lost. Any amendments to your appointment must be made A minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointed time.and ONLY BY telephone or by email. WE DO NOT ACCEPT TEXTS OR OTHER MESSAGES.
